Customer Sales & Serv Rep
About the role
Join a global industrial distribution company that offers more than just order-taking and complaint resolution. Partnering with over 4,000 world-class manufacturers, we are an industry-leading value-added distributor of innovative and reliable industrial products. Since 1923, we’ve ensured the right parts are in stock and delivered when customers need them. No prior knowledge of industrial distribution? That’s okay—we’ll train you.
You’ll provide expert assistance to customers on a wide range of questions and problems, building ongoing business relationships through repeated contact and consultation. Your ability to quickly and efficiently provide the right parts or solutions—especially during equipment breakdowns—will directly impact customer retention. Occasionally, you’ll use your mechanical aptitude to help solve customer problems or troubleshoot processes. This role is a great starting point for growth into sales or management, with a clear career path and countless success stories of employees advancing through the ranks.
