Duties & Responsibilities
- Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers/clients
- Establish agreed upon goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
- Close and follow up on sales transactions
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints; exemplify high-level of customer service to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
