Customer Sales Representative

About the role

The Customer Sales Representative is responsible for expanding our customer base through effective sales techniques and building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Present products and services to potential clients
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints
• Attend industry events and trade shows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM software
• Passion for customer service
