About the role

Harper Auto Wash is looking for energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused team members to join us as a Customer Sales Champion. In this position, you will be one of the key faces of Harper Auto Wash, helping create exceptional first impressions while introducing customers to the value of our Unlimited Pass options. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by turning great customer interactions into sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Explain wash packages and promote the benefits of our Unlimited Pass program
• Help customers select the best option for their needs
• Create a smooth, positive, sales-driven experience at the paystations
• Represent the Harper Auto Wash brand with energy, authenticity, and professionalism

Requirements

• Strong people skills and a friendly, confident personality
• A genuine passion for customer service and sales
• High energy, positivity, and reliability
• Comfort starting conversations and making recommendations
• Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced team environment
• Driver’s License
• Pass drug screening as required by company policy

Pay

$14.00 base pay per hour, plus commission on every membership sold. The average range is between $14.00–$20.00/hr. with commission included.
