Job Summary

Harper Auto Wash is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused team member to serve as a Customer Sales Champion. This role involves creating exceptional first impressions and introducing customers to the value of Unlimited Pass options. Ideal candidates enjoy talking with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by converting customer interactions into sales opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Explain wash packages and promote the benefits of the Unlimited Pass program
• Help customers select the best option for their needs
• Create a smooth, positive, sales-driven experience at the paystations
• Represent Harper Auto Wash with energy, authenticity, and professionalism

Position Details

• Paid hourly rate of $14.00 per hour, with potential for commission on memberships sold
• Full-time and part-time positions available
