About the role

We're an award-winning, local insurance agency in Everett, WA looking for a full-time Insurance Sales Producer to join our fully licensed team. If you have sales experience and you're ready to grow with a high-performing agency, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Quote and present insurance options that fit each client's needs
• Follow up on leads and help grow new business
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Manage sales pipeline activity and keep client information organized
• Provide the high level of service our clients expect

Who We're Looking For

• Sales experience required
• Must be currently licensed (or obtain within 90 days of initial hire date)
• Strong communication skills and a professional, consultative approach
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward goals
