Accountabilities

  • Handle customer interactions, identifying needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality support experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through appropriate communication channels while providing accurate and timely solutions.
  • Listen actively to understand customer needs, identify issues, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Perform troubleshooting related to customer accounts, services, billing, and technical concerns.
  • Document customer interactions, resolutions, and required follow-up actions accurately.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Adept to changing processes, customer needs, and business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build positive customer relationships through empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems while working independently in a remote environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening abilities.
  • Experience in customer service, support, troubleshooting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Able to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information and follow company policies.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Flexible to work various schedules, including evenings and weekends.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Must have a suitable home working environment, including a quiet workspace and reliable hardwired internet connection with minimum required speeds.
