Accountabilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through appropriate communication channels while providing accurate and timely solutions.
- Listen actively to understand customer needs, identify issues, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Perform troubleshooting related to customer accounts, services, billing, and technical concerns.
- Document customer interactions, resolutions, and required follow-up actions accurately.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Adept to changing processes, customer needs, and business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Build positive customer relationships through empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems while working independently in a remote environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening abilities.
- Experience in customer service, support, troubleshooting, or a related field is preferred.
- Able to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
- Able to handle confidential information and follow company policies.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
- Flexible to work various schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Must have a suitable home working environment, including a quiet workspace and reliable hardwired internet connection with minimum required speeds.
