About the role
Description Budget is looking for a Full-Time Rental Agent to join their Lincoln team.
Responsibilities
- Aid clients in finalizing reservations and closing sales
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Support daily operations by assisting with car cleaning, vehicle inspections, inventory management, callbacks, and other duties
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- Professional communication skills
- Problem resolution experience
- Minimum age of 18
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
Schedule
Full-Time Hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
Weekend availability is a must
