Responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Track and report customer feedback and service metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Customer Service, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM systems and customer relationship management
