Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on managing multiple tasks while delivering world-class customer service. You’ll support our sales force and management team while thinking beyond the immediate scope of the job to understand the bigger picture of the company.
Responsibilities
- Drive repeat business by making exceptional service a priority; respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Efficiently process orders and transactions
- Track and update customers on order status and delivery timelines by coordinating with logistics and shipping partners
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records in the CRM system
- Resolve customer complaints and issues diplomatically and effectively
- Improve overall customer experience and service efficiency by working cross-functionally
- Recommend new products or services by identifying relevant features and benefits
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven experience in a customer service role a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in order processing
- Knowledge of packaging materials and products is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

We distribute rigid packaging products and industrial filtration. Recently, we renovated our corporate office/warehouse in Addison.
