Customer Relations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Routinely handle high-volume of inbound/outbound calls (80–120 outbound calls/day)
• Focus on booking appointments and converting leads
• Call center or phone sales experience preferred
• Occasional in-person events to set appointments and provide a positive customer experience
• Create an inviting, inspiring atmosphere that helps guests visualize their project
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and workspace
• Build and nurture strong professional connections with customers
• Aid in other office-related duties as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma required with Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in a customer support role/call center environment
• Proven superior customer service skills including ability to cross-sell products and services
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
• Good written/chat communication skills
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Team player with high attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
• Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft applications, customer databases, and scheduling software; ability to navigate multiple windows, screens, and programs; and ability to learn new programs quickly
