Customer Relations Specialist

We are currently seeking a reliable customer service driven individual to add to our growing team!

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding their experience with installations, service and deliveries
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on opportunities and promoting education to customers
• Foster customer success by efficiently resolving customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow department procedures, guidelines, and policies

Qualifications & Abilities

• Sales, Marketing, Customer Service experience preferred, but will train the right person
• Previous customer service creating a WOW Experience
• Strong work ethic and reliability with professionalism and poise
• Maintain attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Service Titan Software experience highly desired
