He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and professional designations of CLU and ChFC, bringing a deep understanding of insurance and financial services. Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
