Customer Relations Representative

This position is within our Fuel division, supporting our NAT/NAL lines of business in Brentwood, TN. You will provide business-to-business (B2B) support through inbound emails and phone calls to resolve client and cardholder requests, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

About the role

You will assist with various aspects of client relationships to ensure satisfaction and effective use of products and services, supporting client retention. You will report directly to the Operations Supervisor and regularly collaborate with other internal departments.

This is a hybrid role. Corpay provides:

Responsibilities

  • React quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues in a professional manner
  • Work calmly in a fast-paced team environment; manage special projects without compromising other responsibilities
  • Respond to customer emails (Cases) and support customer calls when necessary; utilize available tools to track appointments and manage priorities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products, services, and systems; proactively train and recommend best practices to clients
  • Effectively interact with internal departments to support the customer base
  • Demonstrate mastery of product knowledge, best practices, business policy, resolution procedures, and resource utilization for a primary product or service
  • Meet minimum productivity requirements in regard to department goals and standard operating procedures

Requirements

  • High School Education or equivalent, required
  • 2+ years of office environment experience
  • Successful B2B experience preferred, with ability to be coached, initiative, and desire to pursue a successful career path
  • Must maintain an attendance record within company standards and remain knowledgeable of new products, services, and procedures

  • Excellent level of personal organization
  • Strong people skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate product offerings and functionality
  • Superior customer service skills, with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues in a professional manner
  • Proficient phone and computer skills; ability to answer and manage inbound calls, make outbound calls, and work with other internal departments
