Customer Relations Representative
How We Work
As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing an assigned workspace in Nashville, TN, company-issued equipment, and formal, hands-on training.
Role Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues quickly and decisively
- Work calmly in a fast-paced team environment; manage special projects without compromising other responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails (cases) and support customer calls when necessary; utilize available tools to track appointments and manage priorities
- In-depth knowledge of products, services, and systems; ability to proactively train and recommend best practices to clients
- Interact with internal departments to support the customer base
- Demonstrate mastery of product knowledge, best practices, business policy, resolution procedures, and resource utilization for a primary product or service
- Maintain meeting minimum productivity requirements regarding department goals and standard operating procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Education or equivalent, required
- Successful B2B experience preferred with the ability to be coached, initiative, and desire to have a successful career path within
- Maintain an attendance record within company standards and remain knowledgeable of new products, services, and procedures
- Strong personal organization skills
- Excellent people skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively communicate our product offerings and functionality
- Superior customer service skills are required, with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues in a professional manner
- Proficient phone and computer skills; ability to answer and manage inbound calls, make outbound calls, and work with the other internal departments
