Roles and Responsibilities

• Serve as a part-time Customer Relations Associate, acting as the key contact for client interactions
• Provide clients with professional, courteous, and timely support
• Educate clients on financial topics including business, investment, and insurance
• Aid in developing customized financial plans to help clients achieve their financial goals
• Cultivate existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• No Cold Calling, No Door Knocking

Requirements for the Role

• Must be 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen
• Successful completion of a background check
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication and relationship management
• Possession of, or willingness to obtain within two weeks, a Life Producer license
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic data reporting
• Ability to interpret client needs and respond with strategic solutions

Preferred Experience

• Backgrounds in customer service, leadership, or team management
• Experience in education, coaching, military, or as an elite athlete is a plus!
• Desire to grow, self-motivate, and support financial literacy
• Negotiation skills or technical troubleshooting are advantageous
