Customer Relations Associate

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists customers in a professional and friendly manner upon entrance into the dealership
• Reviews dealership calendar daily to be aware of scheduled appointments and deliveries; generates floor activity reports
• Provides customer service, which may include greeting and directing customers, obtaining contact information, and documenting vehicle mileage
• Ensures timely and accurate recording of customer and floor traffic information into daily log
• Answers incoming phone calls and directs calls or relays messages to appropriate parties

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of customer service, receptionist and/or clerical experience
• Must be able to type 35 wpm
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Dedication to customer service excellence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Maintain a professional appearance

Work schedule

Saturdays and occasional weekdays to cover for absences

Pay

Pay Range: $15.55 - $19.36 per hour
