Customer Relations Associate

Help HTC maintain fulfilling relationships with members, and grow your career along the way. By leading at the front line of our cooperative, you’ll offer customized solutions, identify sales opportunities, and provide service for our members. You’ll bring your strong skills in relationship building and conflict resolution to motivate members to continue using our products. That means working with creative negotiation and sales techniques in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accept, solicit, and process new sales of all lines of business, including telephone, cable television, broadband, wireless, and ancillary products and services.
• Position may be filled at the Georgetown Branch office or the Conway Main office (part of HTC's Call Center queue).

Requirements

• Completed a high school degree or GED and be seeking an Associate's or Bachelor's level degree in a Business‑related field.
• Understanding of latest technology.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays, call‑out, call‑in, shift work, and some holidays.
