About the role

The Customer Advocate (CA) facilitates communication between Great Day Improvements, LLC (GDI) customers and the company. This position involves cross-training in various office roles for PTO coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Empower customers with assistance in all areas of the project.
  • Execute the “JUMP” program to maintain customer communication throughout the project.
  • Main point of contact for the customer in handling questions or problems.
  • Keep the customer updated with timely and frequent information about project progress.
  • Facilitate customer resolutions by bringing together the appropriate GDI personnel.
  • Maintain Customer Call Log.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in customer/client services, call center, help desk, or other service-related industries.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Competent in using technology and proficient in GDI’s IT systems; experience with Excel is a plus.
  • Well-organized and able to think on one’s feet.
  • Proactive in managing customer interactions, customer expectations, and providing win-win solutions within the organization.
  • Great business sense and judgment.

Performance Expectations

  • Customer resolutions within 24 hours or less.
  • JUMP program executed 100%.
  • Net score 90% or better in communication on customer service surveys.
  • Online reviews for 10% of all installed jobs.

Benefits

  • Up to $19 hourly wage.
