Responsibilities
- Plan and execute large deal commercial structures for strategic accounts
- Drive pricing execution with field teams based on customer feedback
- Collaborate with account teams to manage complex deal dynamics
- Translate unique deal structures into repeatable commercial programs
- Align cross-functional teams to ensure strategic commercial consistency
Qualifications
- 6-8+ years in deal structuring, pricing strategy, or sales operations in high-growth B2B tech environments
- Experience with complex enterprise deals involving multiple products, preferably in SaaS or digital services
- Strong understanding of value-based pricing and commercial levers
- Capability to simplify complex pricing strategies for field sales teams
- Proficiency in using CPQ and CRM systems, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
- Experience in high-stakes deal negotiation and governance processes
- Ability to define KPIs for assessing the success of commercial initiatives
