About the role

Toutes les ressources et la logistique nécessaires pour effectuer des activités de services et de maintenance sur le site/la propriété des clients. Ces activités contribuent à entretenir, à réparer et à remettre à neuf les produits vendus ou existants. Comprend tous les types de services de maintenance (préventifs et correctifs), gère les installations de maintenance et les services techniques sur le terrain. Agit sur la capacité de l'équipe à atteindre les objectifs en matière de service, de qualité et de respect des délais. Ce rôle est soumis aux objectifs de la politique opérationnelle. Il dispose d'une autonomie modérée. Des niveaux élevés de discernement opérationnel sont nécessaires pour obtenir les résultats escomptés.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the single point of contact with the customer for rapid and satisfactory problem resolution covering a wide range of support services offered for an assigned region, product, or coverage area – Responsible for knowledge of the assigned region, coverage area, or product ranges, associated configuration facilities, and representing the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to assist the customer.
• Establishes and maintains contact to provide ongoing technical and commercial support to assigned customers in a designated geographic region or coverage area.
• Requires specialized knowledge of the function.
• Influences the development of a strategy in their area of responsibility, including resource control and policy formulation.
• Interprets simple internal and external business issues and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
• Keeps informed of industry trends that may inform their work.
• Demonstrates a high level of judgment to make decisions and manage complex tasks or problems in operations, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.
• Has the ability to evaluate the quality of information provided and knows how to ask relevant questions of stakeholders.
• Able to resolve problems with innovative solutions that go beyond established parameters, as well as to develop recommendations.
• Calls on internal and external resources outside their own function to assist in decision‑making.
