Responsibilities
- Oversight of execution service level compliance and coordination of resource allocation to enhance touchless end-to-end order flow and timely shipment movement.
- Facilitation of communication between regional business units, distribution operations, and business unit supply chain teams to resolve order issues and maintain order status visibility.
- Setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple tasks independently.
- Providing practical knowledge during team meetings to improve team performance and serving as a knowledge source for peers.
- Liaising with various functional unit teams on order statuses, including shipping dates and delay reasons.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for QTC order management processes for client affiliates, ensuring all milestones are met within agreed-upon service levels.
- Utilizing Excel to monitor, analyze, report, and identify the root causes of order errors.
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures that affect order management, end-to-end fulfillment, and the internal customer experience.
- Providing status updates on all issues and requests to leadership and proactively escalating to leadership when deadlines are not met.
- Continuously seeking operational efficiency improvements and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Mid-level experience required.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship or eligible for GC, GC EAD, OPT, EAD, or CPT.
