Customer Operations Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Operations & Portal Management
- Take full ownership of various customer-facing portals (EDI, 3rd party procurement sites, etc.) to ensure all documentation, certifications, and listings are current and accurate.
- Act as the internal point of contact for key accounts, resolving administrative hurdles and ensuring a best-in-class experience.
- Pricing & Inventory Control
- Manage and audit master price lists. Ensure that promotional pricing, tiered discounts, and contract-specific rates are updated accurately across all systems.
- Monitor stock levels in real time. Collaborate with the warehouse and supply chain teams to communicate lead times or stock-outs to the sales team and customers.
- Order Fulfillment & Logistics
- Oversee the order lifecycle from initial entry to final delivery, ensuring that shipping requirements and customer-specific requirements are met.
- Proactively resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, or invoicing errors.
- Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain and build dashboards in Power BI to track KPIs, sales trends, and inventory turnover.
- Perform regular audits of ERP data to ensure accuracy for the sales department.
- Strong experience with Power BI (data visualization) and Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably QAD) and CRM platforms (Zendesk).
