Customer Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

The Customer Operations Coordinator supports the Colors Group by managing order processing, follow-up, contract review, and resolving customer issues. They coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, handle customer transactions such as orders, quotes, and returns, and communicate effectively with customers and internal departments. The role requires managing multiple priorities with attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately handle customer orders, quotes, and transactions.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve routine customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Review contracts, follow up on customer requests, and maintain strong organizational skills.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in JD Edwards (JDE) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
