About the role

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end production of customer success content in multiple formats with external agencies.
• Own creative direction and project timeline for customer story content delivery to market.
• Identify and shape Customer Zero content showcasing how Salesforce runs on Salesforce.
• Manage content projects from planning through delivery to completion.
• Coordinate content across multiple formats: written, video, presentation decks, eBooks with agencies.

Requirements

• Marketing, Content, Communications, or Events experience; internship or project-based experience acceptable.
• Business-level Korean required for customer interviews and workplace communication.
• Medium English proficiency (job description in English, mixed-language workplace).

Skills

• Experience tracking content or event performance with analytics tools like GA4 or Tableau (nice to have).
• Product knowledge of Salesforce or hands-on experience with Slack platform (nice to have).
• Prior experience conducting customer interviews or coordinating with external business partners (nice to have).
