FanDuel Casino is seeking a Customer Marketing Senior Associate to support the management of the multi-million-dollar generosity investment behind our retention program. In this role, you will help forecast, allocate, and optimize spend to maximize ROI for the Customer Marketing function. You will develop forecasting models, perform deep-dive analysis to identify investment opportunities, and support testing and reinvestment across retention initiatives. This position works closely with the Senior Manager and cross-functional partners to improve analytical rigor, guide a Customer Marketing Associate, and turn data into actionable recommendations that drive measurable customer and commercial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain generosity forecasting models, contributing to the evolution of forecasting methodologies and supporting team planning.
  • Act as a forecasting partner to stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, and Data Analytics, translating assumptions and scenarios into clear guidance while improving forecast accuracy.
  • Support optimization of the generosity budget through proactive analysis, identifying opportunities to improve ROI and recommending investment adjustments.
  • Contribute to the development and validation of KPIs, partnering with the Associate to turn exploratory analysis into repeatable, trusted insight.
  • Support the centralized experimentation roadmap by helping prioritize analyses, design tests, and evaluate results.
  • Translate experiment results into actionable recommendations that influence future investment decisions and improve planning.
  • Partner with and support the Customer Marketing Associate, sharing knowledge and best practices to strengthen forecasting and investment-management capabilities.
  • Present complex analysis and recommendations to senior and cross-functional audiences, serving as a trusted analytical partner to the wider Casino Customer Marketing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a quantitative, business, or analytical field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in forecasting, financial or investment modeling, marketing analytics, or a comparable data-driven role, including experience contributing to forecasting or measurement processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills for modeling large datasets (advanced formulas, scenario, and sensitivity analysis) and experience building robust forecasting models.
  • Proven ability to conduct complex analyses that link investment to performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments and supporting structured experimentation programs.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience using BI and visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Ability to contribute to strategic planning, prioritize analytical work, and deliver cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and explain complex analysis simply.
  • Self-directed and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently, share best practices with teammates, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

The applicable salary range for this position is $86,000 - $108,000 USD, dependent on relevant experience, location, business needs, and market demand.
