About the role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage account portfolio and implement sales plans
- Lead customer relationship management to understand needs and identify new clients
- Input data into CRM and SmartPrice systems according to company processes
- Manage sales contracts in accordance with regional guidelines and legal requirements
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve volume and value goals
- Gather and use market intelligence to inform sales/marketing strategies
- Negotiate and implement pricing strategies and contract terms
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experience (CX)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant military equivalent at or above E5 or equivalent rank
- 5+ years of relevant work experience required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available
Pay
$100,000 – $120,000 annually
