About the role
This role is responsible for managing key Natural Channel accounts in the Seattle market, specifically calling on Hucks and PCC.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Performance: Achieve volume and sales objectives, including merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving goals
- Develop and execute customer business plans aligned with brand and company priorities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers; present business plans, programs, and initiatives
- Ensure a strong and competitive in-store presence across assigned accounts
- Manage trade funds, oversee manufacturer spend, and deliver results at the lowest possible cost
- Partner with Retail Sales Managers and internal teams on product launches, promotions, and initiatives
- Leverage knowledge of the customer, category, and market to drive strategy and results
- Provide timely updates on priorities, performance, and opportunities to internal stakeholders
- Use reporting tools and systems to track performance and support business objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive efficiencies, and support team success
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 6+ months of experience in CPG, retail, marketing, or related field
- Strong understanding of sales fundamentals and retail execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
