Customer Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Present category management data to customers
• Aid in the development of customer pricing protocols
• Develop new business proposals and provide pricing recommendations
• Negotiate client contracts
• Support product pricing strategies
• Lead cross-functional teams to support key strategic accounts
• Create accurate monthly volume and sales forecasts
• Respond to product information requests and prepare sales presentations
• Set up new customers and products in internal systems

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of produce experience, preferred
• Category management experience, preferred
• Travel required
