About the Role

We are hiring a Customer Logistics Supervisor in Lathrop, CA for our Supply Chain Solutions division. Pay

Exempt/salaried position with an annual salary range of $65,000–$70,000, based on experience. Paid twice per month.

Schedule

Monday–Saturday, 05:00 AM–05:00 PM (must be flexible).

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
  • Plan and review logistics processes in collaboration with the Logistics Manager to ensure they meet company standards and customer service specifications.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, coordinating team activities to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.
  • Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with customers on all aspects of operations.
  • Meet regularly with team members—both collectively and individually—to monitor progress, track performance, provide coaching, and recognize successes.
  • Cultivate team spirit through Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and promote cooperation by improving internal processes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, recommend performance awards, and address performance issues through corrective action or disciplinary processes.
  • Understand labor agreements and maintain positive labor relations.
  • Implement health, safety, and security initiatives, ensuring adherence to company rules and policies.
  • Provide orientation, information, technology, and materials to employees and Lead Hands to support job performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • One (1) year or more of experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
  • Zero to one (1) year of direct supervisory or leadership experience required.
  • DOT Regulated: No.
