Customer Invoicing Specialist (Full Time)

About the role

Responsible for processing customer invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update customer invoice records in the system.
• Ensure all invoices are sent out within the required timeframe.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer invoicing or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with invoicing software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
