About the role

The GTM Motions team in PACE is tasked with equipping both global practice GTM and the field with actionable insights on consumption, advocating a data-driven mindset, in order to prioritize efforts, ensure strong execution, and deliver always-on measurement of impact. As a Customer Intelligence Manager within the Performance Analytics and Cloud Excellence team, you will occupy a critical, high-impact intersection between big-picture business strategy and advanced data systems. This is a net-new role designed for an entrepreneurial professional who grows in high-growth, highly ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technical and commercial stakeholders to act as the primary translator between data science, business intelligence, systems engineering, and business teams.
  • Own and execute end-to-end ambiguous projects, including building frameworks to evaluate market share against total addressable market (TAM) or operationalizing machine learning models into business processes.
  • Simplify and optimize Go-to-Market (GTM) models by streamlining frameworks to reduce complexity, improve execution speed, and drive efficiency across sales teams.
  • Elevate the AI Threat Defense initiative from tactical and operational execution to industry-leading thought leadership, establishing strategic benchmarks and positioning the team as an internal and external authority.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
  • Experience with core business operations (e.g., sales-play planning, running business performance reviews, or targeting governance).
  • Experience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making (e.g., SQL, BigQuery, BI platforms, etc.).
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders to present data analysis, propensity models, or business performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience in management consulting, finance, or business strategy function.
  • Experience collaborating with data scientists, BI engineers, or GTM systems developers.
  • Experience working with sales targeting models, propensity-based prioritization, and scaling GTM performance metrics (e.g., tracking win-rate lifts, campaign conversion, or new logo acquisition).
  • Track record of high productivity and execution under tight deadlines, with a willingness to challenge assumptions, take direct ownership, and drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with sales leaders, product practice managers, and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., BI, sales operations, tooling and systems teams).

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
