Responsibilities
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights
- Create executive-level presentations from research findings
- Manage relationships with research vendors
- Support strategic initiatives such as Brand Health Equity Tracking and customer experience programs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer insights, market research, or customer experience
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive level presentations
- Experience editing video and audio content for reports and insight storytelling
- Strong proficiency with Asana or similar project management software
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience translating data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with Qualtrics preferred
- Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, and insight generation preferred
