Customer Growth Strategy Consultant | Communications, Media, & Technology

Responsibilities
- Conduct structured analysis of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify actionable growth opportunities.
- Support robust, insight-led business cases to support investment decisions.
- Apply data-driven and hypothesis-led problem solving to assess opportunity viability and prioritize initiatives.
- Support and execute rapid validation approaches (e.g., concept testing, experimentation with real and synthetic customers) to generate evidence.
- Synthesize data and insights into clear, compelling recommendations that inform client decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, marketing, data/AI) to shape and refine customer-centric propositions.
- Contribute to the development of client-ready materials and storytelling, linking customer insight to commercial impact.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or analytics roles with exposure to growth-oriented work.
- Demonstrated consulting experience with client-facing delivery.
- Experience supporting business case development, financial modeling, or investment analysis.
- Exposure to customer research, experimentation, or product/service development.
- Ability to translate data and insights into clear, structured storytelling.
- Experience working in or with CMT (Communications, Media, Technology) industries preferred.
- MBA or relevant innovation program experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in client-facing environments.
- Understanding of AI/GenAI and its application to customer growth.
Pay
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
