Customer Experience Team Lead
- items. Some items have sublists? We'll keep as single li with the text.
Requirements: from "What We're Looking For...":
- High School diploma; some college or internship experience preferred
- 1‑2 years of customer service experience or event/travel booking
- Automotive/Motorsports interest preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle high‑level clients/groups
- Must be organized and detail‑oriented
- Proficient computer skills including all Microsoft office applications
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with basic sales and upselling techniques
- Ability to adapt offerings to fit each customer’s needs
- Basic conflict resolution/de‑escalation
But some of these are skills; we might separate into Skills section. However the instruction: Use sections for Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where.
We could treat "What We're Looking For..." as Requirements (education/experience) and Qualifications (maybe same). But we also have Skills separate.
Better: Requirements: education and experience (High School diploma; some college or internship experience preferred; 1‑2 years of customer service experience or event/travel booking; Automotive/Motorsports interest preferred). Qualifications: maybe the rest? But they overlap with skills.
Alternatively, we could put all bullet points under Requirements and leave Qualifications empty (but we must not emit empty sections). So we need to allocate.
Let's define:
- Requirements: education and experience (High School diploma; some college or internship experience preferred; 1‑2 years of customer service experience or event/travel booking; Automotive/Motorsports interest preferred).
- Qualifications: maybe "Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle high‑level clients/groups; Must be organized and detail‑oriented; Proficient computer skills including all Microsoft office applications; Ability to multitask; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Familiar with basic sales and upselling techniques; Ability to adapt offerings to fit each customer’s needs; Basic conflict resolution/de‑escalation". These are more like skills/qualities.
- Skills: maybe we could treat as technical skills: Proficient computer skills including all Microsoft office applications; Familiar with basic sales and upselling techniques; Ability to adapt offerings; etc. But overlapping.
Given the instruction to prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones, maybe we combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But we have to use headings exactly as listed if we include them. Could we omit Qualifications if content is covered elsewhere? The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So if we don't have distinct content for Qualifications, we should not include it. So we can decide to not include Qualifications if we think its content is covered elsewhere.
Thus we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to extract Benefits: The posting says: "This role may also include performance-based incentives, benefits, and other perks as part of the total compensation package." That's vague but it's specific mention of benefits. It's not placeholder like "not specified". It says benefits and other perks. So we can include Benefits section with that sentence.
Pay: "The hourly pay for this position is $20.50 - $21.50/hr."
Schedule: details: "This is a full-time, hourly role with a consistent schedule of five 8-hour shifts per week, typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Workdays may fall Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday, based on team coverage and manager discretion. One Sunday shift per month is also required. While the specific days may vary, team members are generally scheduled no more than five days or 40 hours per week. Any additional hours must be approved in advance and are rarely required."
We'll put that in Schedule section.
Now we need to output HTML fragment with
headings and
- for lists,
for prose. We must not include any extra text outside HTML. Let's craft:
