Customer Experience Specialist - Temp

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. The position works roughly 20 hours per week during our busy season from October to April, with flexible scheduling between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys a variety of tasks, and is proactive with strong organization and customer‑service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate teammates, and provide excellent customer service.
• Greet and assist walk‑in customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Key in simple transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Scan documents, index them into the system, and ensure proper filing for easy retrieval.
• Monitor inventory levels, order and restock office supplies as needed, and ensure availability of essential materials.
• Assist with meeting preparation, including ordering and arranging lunch and other refreshments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distributing it to the appropriate departments or teammates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous office experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and office equipment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Schedule

Approximately 20 hours per week during the busy season (October – April). Flexible work hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
