Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls in a high-volume call center environment
• Respond to billing inquiries, account questions, and customer concerns
• Investigate issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions
• Navigate multiple systems and applications to research customer information
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure complete issue resolution
• Maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Process transactions and support additional business functions as needed
• Meet performance and quality standards in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience

Qualifications

• Previous call center experience (preferred)
• Retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience
• Sales experience is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership skills

Schedule

• 100% In Office (Not Hybrid)
• Regular Shift: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CST
• Schedule flexibility is required, as hours may change based on business needs
• Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST

Pay

$20.00/hour
