Customer Experience Representative

About the role

Natoli Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to provide assistance to our International Customers. This is a fast-paced position that offers the opportunity to learn and grow in a state-of-the-art Manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns via phone and email
• provide information about products and services
• take orders
• review or make changes to customer accounts
• handle questions or complaints
• record details for customer contacts
• research answers or solutions as needed
• refer customers to supervisors, managers or other team members as necessary

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Understanding of tight precision tolerances
• Technical aptitude is a plus
• Strong computer skills and advanced working knowledge of MS Office
• Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with customers, sales representatives, other team members, and distributors while maintaining a positive attitude
• Must be detail oriented and well organized
• Experience 2+ years’ experience with the above criteria

Physical Requirements

• Must have the ability to sit at a desk using a computer for 8 or more hours per day
• Stand, kneel, walk and bend as required throughout the workday to accomplish various tasks
• Must be able to lift, pull, push or carry various types of light weight files or tools (approximately 1-10 pounds) and process accordingly
