Customer Experience Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional first‑call resolution service to agents and customers from the inbound contact center.
• Assist with billing inquiries, policy service, system support, and professional response to customer inquiries.
• Maintain professional and productive relationships with agency staff, customers, and internal departments to achieve Farm Bureau’s objectives.
• Deliver a consistent, positive experience by focusing on the relationship at each interaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills, including solid verbal communication and business‑professional writing.
• Initiative and ability to work independently.
• Strong computer skills; ability to quickly learn multiple systems (MS Office preferred).
• Basic math skills and ability to learn basic insurance product knowledge.
• Willingness to work from the office in Manhattan, KS; West Des Moines, IA; Lincoln, NE; or Gilbert, AZ.

Schedule

• Training: 8 am – 4:30 pm for the first approximately 10‑12 weeks.
• Post‑training: Assigned shift between 8 am – 7 pm, Monday through Friday, with a pre‑scheduled weekend rotation; exact schedule varies based on business needs.
• Work locations: Manhattan, Kansas; West Des Moines, Iowa; Lincoln, Nebraska; or Gilbert, Arizona.
