About the role
Support patients and advocates via phone, email, and chat.
Help our team ensure people get the support they need on their healthcare journey.
Work with clients and advocates in various ways, including appointment confirmations and in-depth troubleshooting.
Support new clients during their first experiences with Solace, while sharing and tracking feedback to help us continuously improve.
This position requires availability for a 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST shift.
Responsibilities
- Learn the Solace systems, tools, and technology
- Provide world-class customer service to our clients and advocates
- Collect and track feedback to improve the customer experience and platform
- Build strong relationships with clients and advocates
- Resolve client and advocate inquiries to their complete satisfaction via phone, email, and chat
Requirements
- Empathy and confidence in handling tough conversations
- Detail-oriented and quick learner
- Experience with computers and troubleshooting
- Ability to give and receive feedback
- Comfortable forming quick bonds and resolving complex issues
- Flexibility and willingness to assist with any task
- Reporting and suggesting solutions for issues
- Team player with a “get it done” mentality
Qualifications
- Based in the United States
