Responsibilities
- Create and maintain an exceptional experience for all prospective Resnick Roofing & Contracting (RRC) customers via incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers from start to finish
- Qualify RRC prospects on phone utilizing proper needs assessment techniques and upfront contracts
- Manage and maintain all outgoing communication relative to online lead requests via Angie’s List, Facebook, and Podium, etc.
- Maintain all RRC KPI sales tracking sheets and docs through GSuite daily
- Aid in all the RRC accounts receivable activities daily, e.g., collections, payment processing, invoicing, etc.
- Maintain inventory levels of all office supplies
- Maintain all platforms of social media including creative content generation which is required on a weekly basis
- Aid in the maintenance of minor changes to RRC website
- Aid in team event building and planning
- Aid with various administrative tasks
- Manage phone systems and answering service software
- Aid with various marketing initiatives e.g., creative, digital, print, etc.
Requirements
- Manage multiple tasks at one-time throughout the day
- Self-disciplined to create blocked calendar of daily schedule and strictly adhere
- Ability to speak articulately
- Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office and social media platforms
- Bachelor's degree preferred
