Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain an exceptional experience for all prospective Resnick Roofing & Contracting (RRC) customers via incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers from start to finish
  • Qualify RRC prospects on phone utilizing proper needs assessment techniques and upfront contracts
  • Manage and maintain all outgoing communication relative to online lead requests via Angie’s List, Facebook, and Podium, etc.
  • Maintain all RRC KPI sales tracking sheets and docs through GSuite daily
  • Aid in all the RRC accounts receivable activities daily, e.g., collections, payment processing, invoicing, etc.
  • Maintain inventory levels of all office supplies
  • Maintain all platforms of social media including creative content generation which is required on a weekly basis
  • Aid in the maintenance of minor changes to RRC website
  • Aid in team event building and planning
  • Aid with various administrative tasks
  • Manage phone systems and answering service software
  • Aid with various marketing initiatives e.g., creative, digital, print, etc.

Requirements

  • Manage multiple tasks at one-time throughout the day
  • Self-disciplined to create blocked calendar of daily schedule and strictly adhere
  • Ability to speak articulately
  • Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office and social media platforms
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
