About the role

The Customer Experience Manager will oversee all aspects of customer success, including managing customer relationships, providing support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role will work closely with the Customer Success team to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer success initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Manage customer relationships, provide support, and resolve issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences
  • Monitor customer feedback and make adjustments as necessary
  • Prepare reports on customer success metrics and trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or customer success roles
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Experience with CRM systems and other customer relationship management tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience with AI tools and their integration into customer success processes
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and its application in customer success
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in customer success

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, 40 hours per week
