Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption strategies for large customer segments using AI insights
  • Lead technical enablement initiatives and workshops
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning technology with business outcomes
  • Oversee Technical Adoption Planning (TAP) execution across multiple teams
  • Conduct adoption business reviews and update strategies based on analytics
  • Partner with Sales and CX leadership to co-create customer journeys
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent customer experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's with 6+ years or PhD with 3+ years of related experience
  • Expert level certification (e.g. CCIE) or equivalent
  • Deep understanding of the company technologies and AI advancements
  • Proven experience in managing complex enterprise deployments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
