Responsibilities
- Drive adoption strategies for large customer segments using AI insights
- Lead technical enablement initiatives and workshops
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning technology with business outcomes
- Oversee Technical Adoption Planning (TAP) execution across multiple teams
- Conduct adoption business reviews and update strategies based on analytics
- Partner with Sales and CX leadership to co-create customer journeys
- Manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent customer experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's with 6+ years or PhD with 3+ years of related experience
- Expert level certification (e.g. CCIE) or equivalent
- Deep understanding of the company technologies and AI advancements
- Proven experience in managing complex enterprise deployments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
