The Job

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, your role is to ensure every customer's experience is exceptional, from greeting them warmly to following up after their visit. You will be responsible for managing customer communications, updating staff, and providing guidance on financial and end-of-life matters.

What You'll Do

• Greet every customer with warmth and professionalism
• Oversee all customer communications and route urgent calls to doctors
• Create personalized, memorable experiences for customers
• Keep nurses and doctors informed about customer needs
• Process payments accurately and protect sensitive information
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships
• Celebrate and document special moments with customer consent

What You Need

• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• Advanced knowledge in computer programs and practice management software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with strong or unpleasant odors
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
