The Job

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, your role is to ensure that every interaction is positive and memorable. You will greet customers warmly, manage communications effectively, and provide compassionate support throughout their visit.

What You'll Do

• Greet every customer with warmth and professionalism
• Oversee all customer communications and route urgent calls to doctors promptly
• Create personalized experiences and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Keep the nursing team and doctors informed to ensure seamless care
• Provide confidential guidance on financial and end-of-life matters
• Process payments accurately and protect sensitive information
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships
• Celebrate and document special moments with customer consent

What You Need

• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• Advanced knowledge in computer programs and practice management software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
