Customer Experience Banker (St Louis Park, MN - Knollwood)

As a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and needs, and recommending appropriate banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong partnerships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
• Perform customer transactions accurately and efficiently, and balance daily.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role, or a Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year or more in customer service within banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking.

This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime pay. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Huntington will not sponsor immigration benefits for this role.

Pay

Compensation range: $22.00–$24.00 hourly. The final offer may vary based on location, experience, and education.
