Customer Experience Banker - St. Paul, MN
About the Role

As a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending appropriate banking products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
- Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through sales processes, follow-up programs, outbound calling, and referrals.
- Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build partnerships.
- Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate proficiency in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
- Perform customer transactions accurately and efficiently, balancing daily.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year or more in customer service within banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
- Cash handling skills.
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking.
This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime pay. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Huntington will not sponsor immigration benefits for this role.
Pay
Compensation range: $22.00–$25.00 hourly. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including location, experience, and education.
