As a Customer Experience Banker (Non‑NMLS), you act as a financial concierge for walk‑in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals, recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products, processing transactions accurately, balancing daily, and providing exemplary service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
• Understand and educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new‑customer follow‑up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong partnerships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role, or a Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year or more in customer service within banking, financial services, or goal‑driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking.

Work Arrangement

This position is based in an office environment. Certain positions outside the branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement that combines in‑office and remote work, allowing teams to deepen connections while maintaining productivity. Specific arrangements are determined by the hiring team.
