Customer Experience Banker - Olive Branch Old Towne
About the Role

As a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs, and recommending appropriate banking products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
- Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals.
- Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong partnerships.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while balancing daily.
- Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate proficiency in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
- Cash handling skills.
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking.
Workplace Type
This is an office-based role. Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement, combining in-office and remote work. Specific arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.
