Customer Experience Associate

Essential Functions

• Aid clients in selecting slabs and tile for their projects.
• Coordinate marketing and outreach efforts to architects, designers, homebuilders, and the general public.
• Assist dealers such as fabricators and tile distributors with the sales and ordering process.
• Handle phones, organize the designer room, file paperwork, and answer customer questions.
• Show basic computer skills and maintain business telephone etiquette.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Prioritize tasks and work well in a team environment.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate showroom sales skills in a high-end work environment.
• Must be self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Show a professional demeanor and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Associate degree or relevant industry experience preferred.
• Have one year of customer service experience in a multi-tasking environment.
• Be able to work 9am-12pm on Saturdays.
